It incorporates lessons from previous plans and reflects the government\u2019s development priorities and the Prime Minister\u2019s agenda. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>Objectives:<\/span><strong> \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Grow GDP to K164 billion by 2027, toward a K200 billion target by 2030.<\/li>\n<li>Double internal and export revenues. \u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Create one million new jobs by 2027. \u00a0<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Each SPA has Deliberate Intervention Programs (DIPs) assigned to responsible agencies to guide investments, budgets, and implementation with support from development partners. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p><span>Funding:<\/span><br \/>The plan requires K51 billion through sources like: \u00a0<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Government capital investments \u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Concessional loans and grants \u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Public-Private Partnerships (PPP), tax credit schemes, and SOE obligations \u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Foreign Direct Investments (FDIs) \u00a0<\/li>\n<li>Contributions from civil society and faith-based organizations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>Implementation and Oversight:<\/span><strong> \u00a0<\/strong><br \/>Funds will be allocated under Public Investment Program (PIP) guidelines. All sectors and regions must align with MTDP IV to access funding.
